These programs are intended for intended for boys and girls aged 5 to 10 years old at the pre-house league, house league or select level that are looking for additional instruction to improve their on-field skills and understanding of baseball tactics. Players can expect to get exposure to proper baseball fundamentals, athleticism and baseball IQ training. The program also serves as good preparation for rep and select tryouts in September.

PROGRAM DETAILS

• Demonstration and hands-on practice of correct hitting, fielding, base running, throwing and catching mechanics
• Baseball instruction, drills and situational game play scenarios
• Batting practice and hitting drills using machines, coach toss and tees
• Baseball-specific athletic training to improve upon speed, agility, hand-eye coordination, balance, strength and flexibility
• Led by head and assistant coaches from within the Leaside Baseball Camp and the Leaside Leafs Rep baseball program

CANCELLATION POLICY

The LBA reserves the right to grant exceptions to the policy stated below.

In the event you need to cancel the player’s registration, a refund or credit may be available. The Leaside Baseball Association reserves the right to grant exceptions to the policy stated below.

For the Spring sessions, if written cancellation notice is made by May 12 a credit is available (subject to a $25 admin fee). Refunds are not available for the Spring sessions.

For the Summer sessions, if written cancellation notice is made by June 1st, a refund is available. Eligible refunds will be issued in the format the registration fee was paid and are subject to a $25 administrative fee deducted from the total allowable refund. Refunds may take 4 to 6 weeks for processing.  If the written cancellation notice is made by June 15th, a credit is available. Credits are valid for one calendar year and may only be applied to Leaside Baseball house leagues, camps or clinics.

If the written cancellation notice is made on or after June 15th, neither a refund or credit are available.
