About the Leaside Elite Baseball Camp

Great Person. Great Athlete. Great Player.

The Leaside Baseball Elite Camp helps baseball players take their game to the next level.

The Leaside Baseball Elite Camp instruction is built for players looking for additional specialty training to sharpen their skills and get extra practice time. The instructional program is designed to develop individual hitting, pitching and fielding skills, as well as strength and general conditioning.  Additionally, the program promotes holistic development, good sportsmanship, leadership, teamwork, and respect for opponents.

Our seasoned instructional team is University and Elite Coaches and Players who have trained hundreds of players to be competitive on the field, and help them aspire to reach their full potential.

The camp is open to boys and girls that are on either Elite, Rep, or Select baseball teams, ages 12 to 16 years old.

If you are over the age of 16 and are interested in our programming, there may be opportunities for you to be a counsellor-in- training (CIT).  Please contact us at camp@leasidebaseball.com if you are interested.

The Elite Camp operates weekly throughout the summer at Howard Talbot Park near Eglinton and Bayview Avenues in Leaside, Toronto. Hours of operation are 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Weather-Ready

Rain Day Activities

The camp will continue to run on days of inclement weather, as we find in most incidences the sun ends up coming out. During the rain, we have access to the Leaside High School, where campers will experience classroom learning of the sport with games, trivia, and workbooks. If you choose not to send your camper on these days, refunds are not available.

Hot Day Relief

We take the dangers of overexposure to the sun very seriously. We will provide breaks throughout the day for shade, water refills, and sunscreen application, and the campers will also get to cool off at the nearby splash pad or set up a slip ‘n slide. Campers can also cool down with drinks, freezies and other treats at our Snack Bar.
