Thank you very much for your interest in the Leaside Baseball Association (LBA). We are a not for profit community baseball organization, providing an opportunity for players in Leaside and the surrounding community to develop their skills and passion for baseball by offering a wide spectrum of quality instruction across our Elite, Rep, Select, House Leagues, Clinics and Camp programs.

Our ability to provide this exceptional baseball experience is due in large part to people like you.

Coaching

Rep/Select: In July/August, we usually post a form on our website and Instagram (@leasidebaseball) for people interested in signing up to coach the next season's team. About 75% of head coaches return, and the head coach is typically designated prior to tryouts. Assistant coaches and the team manager are decided after the team forms.

Spring & Fall House League: Upon registering your child for house league there is a section on the form to sign up as a parent volunteer coach. Typically 100% of parent submissions are accepted.

We are always seeking enthusiastic team coaches, summer camp counsellors, or development clinic trainers. We have paid and volunteer positions, for which we provide confirmation letters for high school students.
