Rep (A, AA, AAA) and Select Tryouts - September 2025
Each year we invite all players and families passionate about baseball to attend our open tryouts in September for the Leaside Leafs Rep and Select teams. The Leaside Leafs have an overarching philosophy that there shall be open tryouts held for all teams every year and that everyone is invited to participate.

2025/2026 Baseball Season Tryout Notes
- We invite all players of all levels of experience to attend the AAA and/or all of our Rep AAA, AA, A or Select tryouts. We encourage you to show up for the first date for your age group. All players in an age group will be evaluated simultaneously and offered roster spots on the appropriate team based on their performance.
- If you are new to Leaside Leafs Elite, Rep and Select baseball, please read our FAQs section. Also see our Elite, Rep and Select pages for details on teams and coaches.
- All players are required to register online in advance for Elite, Rep and Select tryouts.
- If player cannot a tryout but wishes to be considered for the team the head coach should be notified in advance.
- Please wear baseball appropriate clothing, shoe ware and an athletic cup.
- If a player played for another Toronto-based non-Leaside Rep or Select team last year they no longer require a release from their prior team in order to attend tryouts. Release paperwork is still required from non-Toronto-based teams in Ontario.
